Return Policy
Flextride provides technology consulting, engineering services, and custom product development solutions. Due to the nature of our services, returns are handled differently from physical products.
1. Services
All services provided by Flextride are customized and project-based. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation before commencement. If cancellation occurs after work has started, charges will apply based on work completed, time spent, and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.
3. Hardware or Physical Deliverables
If Flextride supplies physical hardware or prototypes, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom-built or custom-ordered hardware is non-returnable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Deliverables
If incorrect or defective deliverables are received, clients must notify Flextride within 5 business days. Appropriate corrective action will be taken after review.
